ELF BAR Nicotine Strength: 5% vs 2% Explained
Most ELF BAR devices are 5% (50 mg/ml) nicotine salt. Some flavors of the ELF BAR BC10000 and ELF BAR EW9000 come in 2% (20 mg/ml). Every flavor page shows its own strength.
What the numbers mean
Nicotine strength is the amount of nicotine in each millilitre of e-liquid. 50 mg/ml is written as 5%, and 20 mg/ml as 2%. A 5% device delivers more nicotine per puff than a 2% one.
What nicotine salt is
Most disposables, including ELF BAR, use nicotine salt. It is smoother on the throat than the freebase nicotine in older e-liquids, which is why disposables can use higher strengths such as 5%.

Choosing a strength
Nicotine is addictive. These products are for adult smokers and vapers only, not for non-smokers. If you find 5% too strong, a 2% flavor or fewer puffs a day may suit you better.
