You have 7 days to return an eligible item.
What you can return
- An unused, sealed device in its original packaging.
- Any item that is faulty or damaged on delivery.
What we cannot accept
- Used devices — once a device has been opened or vaped, it cannot be returned.
- Change of mind on an opened or used item.
How long you have
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we can no longer accept a return.
A device that arrives faulty
If a device is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. It helps to keep the box and tell us the flavor and the order details.
